At Regenified, we welcome feedback and take all concerns seriously.
Whether you are a farmer, verifier, brand partner, or consumer, your input helps us strengthen the integrity of the Regenified Certification Program and our shared mission of advancing regenerative agriculture.
When a concern or complaint is submitted, our team carefully reviews the details and provides an initial response within ten business days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you to ensure we fully understand the matter before moving forward.
This process is outlined in our Regenified Disputes Policy is designed to provide a clear, transparent pathway for addressing issues related to Regenified’s standards, certification activities, verification services, or program participants.
What You Can Submit
Complaints and feedback may relate to:
- Improper use or violations of the Regenified standards, claims, or logos
- Requests for reconsideration of a decision
- Suggestions for changes to the Regenified Certification Framework
- General feedback or complaints about the program
- Concerns with verifier or certification body service
How to Submit a Dispute
